Gas distribution station

FUNCTION: Gas distribution stations ("Sаratov-0,1", "Saratov-1", "Saratov-5", "Saratov-10", "Saratov-20", "Saratov-50") are intended for gas supply effected by the gas mains and the gas withdrawals with pressure up to 8 МPа to populated localities, industrial and agricultural objects and some consumers situated in the areas of temperate climate.

Stations carry out the following main functions:

• drop moisture and mechanical admixtures clearing;
• gas heating before reduction;
• gas high pressure reduction up to the given low pressure (two ranges) with 100% equipment redundancy;
• gas odorizing before supply to consumer;
• gas consumption measurement with multi-daily recording;
• signals remote transfer in case of operating trouble;
• automatic closing of inlet and outlet cocks in case of emergency.

PECULIARITIES: Gas distribution stations "Saratov-1", "Saratov-5", "Saratov-10", "Saratov-50" consist of two cabinets (the technological cabinet, the check and measuring equipment), situated on the one frame.

Coldproof block of control-and-measuring equipment has been unified for these types of distribution station.

Cabinet, situated above the technolodical equipment, is removable. This advantage facilitates the assembly work and the repairs.

At the customer.s request the equipment can be delivered in coldproof or usual metal cabinets and on the frames without cover in the stationary buildings as well.

Two consecutive situated regulators are installed in the gas pressure reduction lines.

Pressure regulators with elastic shutter are mounted in the GDS,

These regulators are remarkable for the high accuracy of onlet pressure main tenance and the low level of noise.

In the GDS "Saratov -1" the reduction is carried out by pressure regulator RDO 25-100 with the cut-off device.

Gas consumption measurement with multi-days recording (excluding GDS "Saratov - 0,1") is carried out by the consumption measuring complex "Superflow -11" with the accurasy ± 1% according to the rules RD 50-213-80.

In GDS "Saratov - 0,1" the gas consumption measurement is carried out bu the gas meter SG16. At the customer's request the other consumption measuring devices can be mounted (gas meters, "Giperflow - ZP").

The GDS's "Saratov - 5", "Saratov - 10", "Energy- 1M", "Saratov-20", "Saratov-50" are equiped with the odorizing blocks, providing the automatic gas odorizing in proportion to the consumption and the revention of odorant.s steam discharge into the atmosphere during the filling up the container.

Gas heating before reduction is carried out by means of the heat exchanger ("Saratov -1") the heater with intermediate heat carrier or the combustion heater.

"Saratov -5" and "Saratov -10" are equiped with the automatic control system, operating the main technological processes by means of the microprocessor block BMSU -KR or the control cabinet with the remote alarm system (UDKS or USG -4-2).

"Saratov -1", "Saratov -5", "Saratov -10" and "Saratov -50" have the second outlet with household gas pressure 2-5 KPA, that make it possible to supply with gas the near-by consumers without installing the separate GDS.

Saratovgaz avtomatica Co. Ltd. is the development centre and the producer of the main technolodical equipment, using in the given GDS.s and is concerned with its improvement.

According to questionnaire the customer can choose the desired completeness of equipment, and assemblies, parts, pipes and cables for GDS mounting according to project as well.
