High voltage testing laboratories are used for high-voltage power cable testing and electrical equipment for burning of defective insulation and finding of damaged area by absolute and relative methods.
Laboratory is provided by:
- stepless regulation of output parameters;
- switching of output stages without breaking of arc burning.
